Good hotel, in good condition
the location is also wonderful and I got more than my expectations. moreover, the hotel has very friendly crew which makes your stay more convenient.

Каждый раз, останавливаясь в отелеле Golden Tulip Yerevan, получаю отличное качество обслуживания, хорошее размещение и соответственно превосходное настроение от доброжелательности и отзывчивости всего персонала гостиницы. Спасибо за праздник комфорта и беззаботности.

Great hotel
I enjoyed by stay at the Yerevan hotel. The location is very convenient for all the sites in the city and the service was courteous throughout my stay.

May be sometime noisy
I expect from a hotel of your class having a quiet and peaceful environment.
Least is to say that 14/04/2010, it was not the case.
I was barely hearing my interlocutors on phone and the noise in my room was deafening. I'm usually in Yerevan on business trip and I need to communicate with my teams in France and United States in the evening.
Having the type of event organized in the middle of Yerevan hotel, with the architecture of it, was simply not something reasonable
I've sent a similar email to info@goldentulipyerevan.com without any reply... I expect from a hotel of your class having a quiet and peaceful environment.

My review
Pros: really friendly guest service, ready to help every single minute. Clean hotel, nice murals on the walls.
cons: beds are not great compared to other same level hotels. too old and the bedding is poor. Fancy ETRO shampoo made my cry:)very irritative to eyes.

Impression
We had a very good experience during our stay at your hotel. Both my wife an I were very impressed with all the ladies at the front desk. They were always pleasant, tentative and helpful.

Attractive and Dependable
Hotel is well-located with very courteous staff.
Via email, I requested an airport pick-up and I received an immediate positive response. (Indeed the driver was waiting upon my arrival.)
Hotel decoration is bright with interesting atrium.
